Germany has reported for the tomorrow and the tomorrow of EU Ministers on competition policy with a letter to speak, in the warned urgently against google book and it calls for, to engage at EU level on this issue.
The EU Commission should be asked to scan the approach of Google, so books without the prior consent of rights holders to consider legal and if necessary, propose legislative measures to "save" the European copyright.
